Homemade Frozen Raspberry Swirl Yogurt

I love to make homemade frozen treats, especially frozen yogurt!  There are so many flavors you can do.  So far I have done Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl, Chocolate Swirl, Strawberry Swirl, Butter Pecan, Chocolate, Double Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Bean, Blueberry Swirl, and now this, Raspberry Swirl.  My next will be Lemon Swirl and then maybe Chocolate Chip Mint.  I use 2% Fage or 2% Chobani Greek yogurt.  Using Greek yogurt makes such a difference since it's thick and creamy already.  You won't believe how easy this is. This is the machine I have, it's relatively cheap and works fine for what I need it for.  There are much more expensive ones, but I have to say, I can't complain about this one.  So if you already have one, then go ahead and try this recipe.

What you need:
~1 Container fresh Raspberries
~2 Cups + 1/4 Cup of Splenda (The kind found in the bag in the baking isle, not the packets)
~1 Large 35oz Container of 2% Greek Yogurt

Let's get to work:
1) Puree the whole container of raspberries in a juicer if you have one, if not, you can put them in a food processor and strain the seeds after.  Add 1/4 cup of the Splenda, blend and set aside.
2) In a bowl, mix the yogurt and 2 cups Splenda, and then follow the instructions on your ice cream machine.  The one I have is fairly simple, just switch on and while it's on, add the yogurt and wait until it stops spinning. (Usually about 20 minutes).
3) Once your yogurt is done, take a container that you will store it in and place some yogurt on the bottom, leaving little "holes" then pour a small layer of the Raspberry puree on top and repeat until done.  Using a butter knife helps to spread the yogurt.
4) Freeze for at least 2 hours before eating.  It is very good just like that, so if you can't wait, go ahead and cheat a little and try some! Refreshing, healthy and delicious! =)
